The other day we had a pair of Immature Grey Shrike-thrush come to our yard, and today we had a pair of Immature Australian King Parrot come to the bird bath. I was not able to get photos of the King Parrots, as they did not hang around for long. Maybe next time.

Very nice indeed. If ever I plan a yard again I am going to plan it more like yours!
Nice of it to come out in the open. Ours are often heard but not seen.
Love the grey shrike-thrush! Great photos!
You had some nice yard visitors!
I had to do a little research to find out if the Grey Shrike-thrush was more shrike or more thrush. Found out it's definitely a thrush and I listened to some recordings of its varied singing ability which left no doubt!
Thanks for sharing your birds!
What a handsome bird and very nice images.
A lovely find and great shots of it.
When I first heard these bird I expected them to be really colourful! Just goes to show your an sound good and still just use a few muted colours!
