Noosa Biosphere Cruise

Thanks to our son and his partner for giving us a trip on the Noosa Biosphere Cruise for Christmas. These are some of the views seen on the cruise along the Noosa River.

Australian Pelican & Hardhead

After computer problems then internet not working I hope all is fixed now.
Every now and then Australian Pelican (Pelecanus conspicillatus) can be found at Lake Alford.

Australian Pelican

Has been a good year for waterbirds through Inland Australia with all the rain.
Pelicans are having a great breeding season and this is one that made it to our part of coastal Queensland.
