Wow Neil, I've never seen anything like this. Do the Kingfishers stand at the hole and dig like woodpeckers also? It looks like it will take them quite awhile to make that hole big enough for a nest.
Thanks Kelly they are very good at dive bombing. No Larry not that I am aware of unfortunately we have not seen them around for a couple of days they may have moved on.
